1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the account screen
Open the game and tap the account icon in the top-right of the main menu.

Sign in
Deletion requires authentication, so sign in with your email and password.

Delete Account
Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password. The action cannot be undone.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email “delete my account” to orkundayi@flutech.org from your account's registered email address. After verifying the request comes from the account owner, we process it within 30 days at the latest.
Sending the request from the account's own email address speeds up verification.
3. What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email, authentication record).
- Your profile: display name and account settings.
- Your cloud save: level progress, in-game currency, store/costume selections and records.
- Your leaderboard records: Endless Mode scores and your visibility in the top-20 list.
4. What is not deleted, or not deleted immediately
- Local save on your device: progress stored on your phone stays there and you can continue as a guest. Remove the app to delete it completely.
- Firebase backup systems: full removal of deleted Authentication data from backups can take up to 180 days.
- Crashlytics crash reports: not linked to your account, so they cannot be matched to a deletion request. Under Google's policy they enter the deletion process after 90 days.
- AdMob and necessary technical logs: subject to Google's retention rules.
- Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution.
5. Other requests
You may send access, correction, deletion or objection requests under applicable privacy law to the same address. Details: Privacy Policy and Data We Collect.
