If you are reporting a bug, these details make it much faster to fix:
- Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 13, iOS 18).
- Game version — shown in the bottom-left corner of the main menu.
- Which level or screen, and what you were doing.
- A screenshot or recording if you have one.
2. Frequently asked
My progress is gone
The save is kept on the device first. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, that local save is gone with it. If you created a free account, your progress is backed up to the cloud and returns when you sign in again. Guest play has no backup.
Can I continue on another device?
Yes, with a free account. Sign in from the account icon at the top-right of the main menu; level progress, currency, costumes and records all follow you.
Rewarded ads do not load
Rewarded ads need a connection and are not always in stock. Check your network and restart the game. If you did not receive the reward, the ad does not count and you can try again.
I am seeing too many ads
The gameplay screen is never shared with an ad, and rewarded ads play only when you ask for them. If you see anything unexpected, write to me and I will look into it.
I bought coins or a costume and did not get them
Foxy has no in-app purchases. All currency and costumes are earned by playing. A voluntary Buy Me a Coffee donation also grants no in-game advantage.
The controls do not fit my hands
The touch controls are movable: press and hold a control and drag it wherever your thumbs are comfortable. You can reset the positions in Settings.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. On first launch the game follows your device language.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The story and levels work offline. Only cloud backup, the leaderboard and ads need a connection.
It is too hard
Settings → Difficulty: Easy, Medium and Hard change boss health, lives and the ammo economy together. You can switch at any time.
My score is not on the leaderboard
The public list shows only the top 20 and requires an account. Cheated or technically impossible scores are removed.
