1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern your use of Foxy: The Balance of Radiance (“Foxy”, “the game”), developed by Flutech — Orkun Dayı (“Flutech”, “we”). By downloading or using the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game and remove it from your device.

2. Licence
Foxy is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
All content in the game — including code, pixel art, characters, story text, sound and music — belongs to Flutech or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, redistribute or otherwise commercialise the game or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Manipulate the game, our servers or the leaderboard through cheats, automation, modified clients or any other means.
- Attempt to bypass app-integrity verification (Firebase App Check, Apple App Attest/DeviceCheck).
- Access someone else's account without permission, or transfer your account to another person.
4. Account
Foxy can be played as a guest without an account. An account is required only for cloud backup and the online leaderboard. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
If you are at an age where parental or guardian consent is required, use the game and the optional account only with that consent. You may delete your account at any time; the steps are on the account deletion page.
5. Free play, advertising and support
- Foxy is free and supported by advertising. There are no in-app purchases.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob and are configured to be family-safe and non-personalized. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Rewarded ads are optional and play only when you ask for them.
- The Support button opens Buy Me a Coffee in your browser. It is a voluntary donation: it grants no in-game content, feature, currency, costume or leaderboard advantage, is non-refundable, and Flutech does not receive your payment details.
6. Leaderboard and display name
If your Endless Mode best score reaches the top 20, it becomes visible to other players together with your display name. Your display name may not contain insults, hate speech, sexual content, advertising or another person's personal information.
We may remove cheated, automated or technically impossible scores and inappropriate display names without notice, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.
7. Updates and service continuity
We may release updates to improve the game, fix bugs or maintain security. Server-side features (cloud backup, leaderboard) may require a supported version of the game; very old versions can be stopped by an update screen.
We may change or discontinue online services with reasonable notice. The story and levels continue to work offline.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted, error-free or with identical performance on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Store terms
If you obtained the game through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply. These terms are between you and Flutech only; Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the game. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with respect to the App Store version and may enforce them.
10. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by removing the game from your device and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to online services if you breach these terms.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
If these terms change, the date and text on this page will be updated and material changes will be announced in the game where appropriate. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the current terms.
